We strive to provide the most comfortable stay possible for our guests. Therefore, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $275 is required as it is our goal to ensure that the Penthouse is immaculate upon our guests arrival. A complimentary cleaning will be provided weekly if the duration of your stay is longer than 7 days.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation dates.

A refundable $2,000 security deposit is required, and this deposit is due with the final reservation payment. This deposit will be refunded 14 working days after your departure and the property has been inspected. The deposit will be used to cover any damages to the property, or if the property is in need of excessive cleaning.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.

Sitka City Sales Tax: 6% (April 1-Sep. 30), 5% ( Oct. 1-March 31),
Sitka Bed Tax: 6%

The Harbor Heights Penthouse has a strict NO SMOKING policy. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if anyone smokes within the penthouse.
Please respect the Alaska custom and remove your shoes at the door.

The confirmation deposit is refundable, less a handing charge of $250, if the cancellation is submitted 31 days before the beginning of the reservation. No refund will be issued within 30 days of the reservation dates.
